About the event
Join Dinges Fire, HEN, and industry partners for the 2026 Dinges Fire Company Daze, a two-day event built around hands-on equipment experience, water flow, new technology, and live-fire training.
The event will bring multiple manufacturers together at the Osceola Fire Station and training tower, giving firefighters opportunities to see equipment demonstrated in realistic applications rather than simply displayed.
HEN demonstrations are planned around water application and water mapping inside the training tower, including large-flow operations with the TITAN Series and additional nozzle applications. HEN will also work alongside IDEX/SAM BOOST to demonstrate water delivery and deployment capabilities.
Thursday, October 22
5:00 PM to 9:00 PM
The evening is planned to include manufacturer displays and demonstrations, water-flow demonstrations at the training tower, an informal dinner, and a presentation from Ray McCormick.
Friday, October 23
8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
The second day moves into hands-on and live-fire training. Planned activities include:
Live-fire training in the training tower
HEN nozzle and water-application demonstrations
SAM BOOST deployment and water-delivery demonstrations
High-volume, low-pressure hose operations
FAST Board training under heat and smoke conditions
AMKUS vehicle extrication
Thermal imaging
Additional manufacturer demonstrations

HEN, Bullard, AMKUS, 3M Scott, FAST, LION, IDEX, Kuriyama, ESI-JYD, Groves Ready Rack, Streamlight, Vanguard, Snap-Tite, Tempest, and SuperVac.

Participation Requirements
Must be 18 years or older
Must hold Firefighter I (FF1) certification
Must be an active member in good standing with a fire department
Must bring and wear full PPE, including SCBA, for all hands-on activities
Those who do not meet the participation requirements may attend only as observers.
