Tyler Whitfield is a Fire Lieutenant with over 12 years of service in the fire industry and the driving force behind The Grab Factory. Currently works for Clearwater Fire Rescue in Florida and assigned to E49 B shift. A member of the Pinellas County Technical Rescue Team, Fire Instructor for the department and Pinellas county TRT Program. Has experience teaching at NCFFC(Ocala, FL), MAFFC(Atlanta, GA), LIFT(Baton Rouge, LA), March Mayhem Fire Conference(Boise, ID), Ft Lauderdale Fire Expo(Ft. Lauderdale, FL), and Orlando Fire Conference(Orlando, FL).

Captain Mark Rossi is an accredited fire officer and 25-year veteran with the City of Fort Lauderdale Fire Department currently assigned to Engine Company 8 in downtown Fort Lauderdale. Captain Rossi has been training and mentoring in one capacity or another since 2005.He is the founder of both the Big Fire- Big Water Class & the First Due Engine/Truck Class both born out of a passion for making the fire service better than he found it.

I am a 25 year perpetual student of the fire service with 22 years of teaching experience in fire, rescue, and EMS. My focus is on training, development, and coaching of the individual firefighter to improve organizational outcomes. I believe that a well rounded firefighter, who understands fire behavior and how we can impact fire growth through suppression methods, stands the best chance at successful suppression.

Sean is a firefighter with over 20 years in the fire service and Co-Founded Build Your Culture, where his training sessions are known for their realism, intensity, and emphasis on critical thinking, making them some of the most sought-after courses in the country. He has authored articles for several fire service publications, including Fire Engineering and "The Book of Search". Sean is a frequent National and International speaker and hands-on instructor, including presenting at FDIC. In 2024, Sean was appointed to serve on the panel for the UL Fire Safety Research Institute's multi-story residential tactics research project. He strongly believes in preparation to achieve the best possible outcomes both on and off the fire ground.

Jason Rivera is a 33-year veteran of the fire service and has served in career and volunteer departments. He retired as the Captain of Rescue 1/Acting Deputy Chief for the Stamford (CT) Fire Department and is currently a Firefighter for the New Haven (CT) Fire Department assigned to Truck Company 3. He is a Lieutenant and Past-Chief of the Newtown (CT) Hook and Ladder Fire Company, a Firefighter in Christiana (DE) and a Rescue Specialist with the FEMA USAR team MA-TF1. Jason is a ProBoard certified Fire Service Instructor Level 3, has presented at FDIC International since 2017, Metro Atlanta Firefighters Conference in 2023 and 2024, Key City Fire Conference in 2024 and 2025 and has taught across the country and internationally. Jason is the owner of Tactical Resource Fire Training LLC, a fire service training company focusing on fireground and rescue company disciplines as well as special operations. He also teaches for FAST Rescue Solutions in Philadelphia and Capitol Fire Training LLC in Maryland. Jason has been published multiple times in Fire Engineering Magazine and was the recipient of the 2016 Ray Downey Courage and Valor Award at the FDIC.
