High Flow. Low Pressure. Total Control.
Force™

AT A GLANCE
For the first time, HEN Technologies combines low-pressure performance with built-in TURBO™ back-pressure technology to deliver high-flow streams with significantly reduced nozzle reaction. The BLADE FORCE 150 flows 150 GPM at just 45 PSI with only 53 lbs. of nozzle reaction, while the BLADE FORCE 175 delivers 175 GPM at 45 PSI with 60 lbs. of nozzle reaction—giving firefighters more water with less effort and fatigue. For larger handlines, the BLADE FORCE 250 delivers 250 GPM at just 45 PSI with only 89 lbs. of nozzle reaction.
HEN Technologies is setting the industry standard for low-pressure nozzles, giving fire departments the ability to move more water while reducing the physical demands on firefighters and simplifying pump operations.

HOW IT WORKS
Integrated HEN TURBO in HEN HYDRO FORCE shutoff
At the heart of the HEN FORCE product line is the HEN HYDRO FORCE shutoff, an integrated shutoff, featuring a built-in TURBO back-pressure device. Engineered for a 75 psi inlet pressure, it maximizes hose performance while maintaining nozzle pressure between 45 to 50 PSI across all 1.5 & 1.75-inch handline hose types. This configuration delivers a targeted flow of 175 GPM at 45 PSI nozzle pressure, resulting in a manageable 60 lbs nozzle reaction force. When combined with the BLADE FORCE 150, it delivers a flow of 150 GPM at 45 PSI with just 53 lbs of nozzle reaction.

VERSATILE NOZZLES
Pair HYDRO FORCE with FORCE series BLADE™ & TIP™
BLADE FORCE™
The HEN BLADE FORCE nozzle combines the power of a smoothbore nozzle with a solid linear BLADE stream, delivering both a tight, solid stream for penetration and a blade-like pattern for enhanced fire attack versatility.

TIP FORCE™ 175
The HEN TIP FORCE 175 nozzle delivers a smoothbore-like performance with a tight, solid stream, maximizing reach and penetration for effective fire suppression while maintaining the benefits of a pressure-managed nozzle.

TIP 160
The HEN TIP 160 smoothbore nozzle performs with a tight, solid stream, maximizing reach and penetration for effective fire suppression at 50psi.

KEY FEATURES
High-Flow Suppression Power
Capable of moving large volumes of water while maintaining control at the nozzle.
Low-Pressure Advantage
Operates at reduced PSI for smoother handling, less fatigue, and safer pushes.
Stream Integrity & Reach
Large droplet size maintains momentum for superior penetration and cooling.
Fireground Versatility
Effective for interior attack, exterior knockdown, and transitional operations.
Built for Firefighter Control
Engineered to minimize nozzle reaction, helping crews advance with confidence.
Why This Matters
The HEN FORCE line allows for a GPM-focused, low-reaction attack line—something that’s been missing in traditional nozzle designs. It’s a solution that simplifies water movement and increases operational efficiency on the fireground.
