AEST Demo Day

Join AEST in Guyton, Georgia, for a full day of hands-on training, equipment demonstrations, and firefighter-driven discussion at Effingham County Fire-Rescue.

This Demo Day brings together firefighters, instructors, and leading manufacturers for an interactive experience focused on modern suppression tactics, equipment performance, and real-world fireground application. The program blends classroom sessions with live flow demonstrations and rotating hands-on stations so participants can evaluate tools, ask questions, and see how different equipment performs in realistic conditions.

Throughout the day, attendees will work directly with manufacturers and trainers while testing structural and wildland firefighting equipment in a controlled training environment. Classroom discussions will cover topics such as nozzle performance, foam application, and suppression strategy, followed by live demonstrations and practical exercises designed to translate directly to the fireground.

Participating manufacturers include HEN Nozzles, Mercedes Textiles Limited, Council Tool, Morning Pride and Go4th, providing firefighters the opportunity to explore a range of equipment, including hose, hand tools, ventilation and suppression technology, and nozzle systems. This allows departments to compare tools side by side and gain practical insight into how different equipment performs under real operating conditions.

This event is designed for firefighters, officers, and departments looking to train together, evaluate equipment, and strengthen operational knowledge through hands-on learning.
